All products offered by Art.Concept & Matcha are produced with care and intention. Many items are made to order and begin production shortly after purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Orders, Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, production may have already started and changes or cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
We strive to present all artworks and fashion items as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or material characteristics. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Production
Artworks are produced on demand after an order is placed. This includes prints, canvases, and framed artworks.
Returns & Damages
Returns for artworks are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including:
Your order number
Clear photos of the artwork
Photos of the packaging
If the claim is approved, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
Fashion Policy (Clothing & Wearable Art)
Made to Order
All fashion items are eco-friendly, sustainable, and handmade to order. Production begins after purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to their made-to-order nature, fashion items are excluded from returns and exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If a fashion item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Sizing & Fit (Fashion Items)
Please review the size information provided on the product page before ordering. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the garments. Size-related dissatisfaction does not qualify for a return or exchange.
